FAQ
That depends on what it is! We've created beautiful items for customers, many of which were not initially offered in the shop. For example, the "Majestic Fountain Pen" was a custom order to celebrate a customer's 5-year work anniversary. Another customer is a history teacher and one of his favorite to teach is the Civil War era. He requested a unique Gettysburg pen, and we were able to acquire Oak from a tree that would've witnessed the battle! We've done laser engraving on display boxes, pens, cutting boards, and even slate coasters. So, let us know what you're thinking.
I get it - it boggles my mind as well sometimes. Those who work in the trade understand the huge undertaking it is to create beautiful work. These aren't machine made in some offshore country. Rather, our products are hand turned right here in the U.S. Handcrafted items regardless of the material are always a great conversation piece. Plus, they hold their value and become great heirlooms and are stronger, more durable, and become more beautiful over time. You pay for the quality, tradition, craftsmanship, and care that goes in each product.
